Logical Data Recovery I: This stage of recovery is for hard drives that still boot into their operating system and can be recognized. Recovery I involves recovering data from user error, deletion, blue screen of death, virus attack, and power outages. This stage does not involved reprogramming drives that have become corrupt.
Logical Data Recovery II: This stage of recovery is for hard drives that are no longer booting into their operating system or fail to be recognized by any computer. In order to recover data our engineers must reprogram your drive, so that he can extract your data. Recovery II deals with fixing drives with corrupted data. No parts replacement is needed.

Physical Data Recovery: This stage of recovery is for hard drives that have broken parts inside of them. These parts may include the Read Write Heads, PCB, and the Pre-Amp. The drive will usually emit strange sounds when turned on. The hard drive needs to be opened inside of our CLASS 100 CLEAN ROOM, and parts need to be replaced. Once the hard drive is physically repaired our engineers must reprogram the hard drive to extract the data.
We recommend to stop using a hard drive if it is making strange noises. Give us a call at (305) 228-6163, so we can arrange to have your data recovered by one of our engineers.
